Bonaire to Showcase at DEMA
BONAIRE, September 21, 2005. The Bonaire Hotel and Tourism Association (BONHATA) and the Tourism Corporation Bonaire (TCB) will co-sponsor the full-day DEMA Adventure Travel Symposium including the coffee break and luncheon. This year the Symposium will take place on Monday, October 3, 2005 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., the day before the official opening of DEMA Show 2005 (October 4-7), and will focus on helping dive retailers identify, attract and market dive and adventure travel to the key major market segments.
The Symposium luncheon will feature a Bonaire presentation by the Island's hotel and dive center professionals, which will provide information on the launch of the new Continental Airlines service from Houston to Bonaire beginning December 16, 2005 and the Island's ever-expanding adventure product including the ultimate adventure-scuba diving-as well as windsurfing and kiteboarding, a rapidly growing sport. Bonaire will also be introducing its new dive and destination DVD that will make its debut at DEMA Show 2005 in the Bonaire section of the Dutch Caribbean Pavilion (Booth #2117).
