FEBRUARY 15, 2006. Mr. Breton joined the Embassy Suites Fort Myers - Estero in October 2007 as Sous Chef. Since the beginning Mr. Breton's culinary aptitudes and hard work have made an immediate contribution to the food and beverage department. Prior to becoming a member of the Embassy Suites Hotel Fort Myers - Estero staff, Breton was the owner and chef operator of Prochefs Restaurant and Catering, a very successful business in New Hampshire. In addition, Breton's career path also included the Executive Chef position at two remarkable country clubs, The Nashua Country Club in New Hampshire, and The Houston Club in Texas. In 1982 he graduated from The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York.

Mr. Breton's twenty six years of experience in the industry has been visibly reflected in his performance over the past months at the Embassy Suites Fort Myers - Estero. His expertise in the kitchen is extensive and American cuisine is his area of preference. Breton is enthusiastic about his new responsibilities and has set clear goals for the next year. "I would like to see corporations and the community think of the Embassy Suites Fort Myers- Estero as one of their first choices when planning a banquet, important event, or even a quiet night out" he said. Currently, Breton is working on updating the banquet menus and enhancing the Eagle's Nest Caf'e lunch menu. He is very pleased with the food and beverage staff and is striving to keep teaching and training them to ensure we exceed guest expectations.
