Edward Stanton Appointed VP HO for Foxwoods' Three Hotels
Judy Alberti Named VP of Entertainment & Sports
MASHANTUCKET, CT, February 19, 2007. Foxwoods Resort Casino today announced it has appointed Edward Stanton to Vice President of Hotel Operations and Judy Alberti to Vice President of Entertainment & Sports. Each individual brings a wealth of industry experience and enthusiasm to their respectful positions.
Edward Stanton possesses over 23 years of experience in the hotel industry and holds a Six Sigma certified black belt for process improvements, revenue enhancement, cost savings and guest satisfaction index. In his roll as Vice President of Hotel Operations, Stanton will be responsible to for the day to day operations of all three hotels at Foxwoods Resort Casino including daily hotel occupancy and working with various in house departments to ensure exceptional customer service. Prior to joining Foxwoods Resort Casino, Stanton served as Hotel Manager for the Westin Copley Place in Boston. In addition, he worked as General Manager at the Sheraton in Lexington, Massachusetts and held various positions within Starwood and Marriott Hotels & Resorts.
As Vice President of Entertainment & Sports for Foxwoods Resort Casino and MGM Grand at Foxwoods, Judy Alberti is responsible for overseeing the recruitment of exceptional entertainment to perform in the MGM Grand Theater, as well as the Fox Theatre. In addition, Alberti is responsible for organizing all logistical and technical needs of confirmed talent as well as overseeing ticketing operations. Alberti will also be responsible for the day to day operations of the arcade and related entertainment venues/areas such as The Club and various lounges. Bringing with her an extensive background in the entertainment and gaming industries, Alberti most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of the 5,000-seat Dodge Theater in Phoenix. Prior to that she was Vice President of Entertainment for Station Casinos in Las Vegas, where she was responsible for the entertainment operations for nine casinos.
