Kevin Stuessi to Head Food & Beverage at W Las Vegas
LAS VEGAS, NV, September 22, 2005. Veteran hospitality executive Kevin Stuessi has joined the Edge Resorts team, which is developing the recently announced W Las Vegas Hotel, Casino and Residences in partnership with Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide. As Senior Vice President of Food & Beverage and Strategic Development he will be responsible for designing the US$1.7 billion property's dining and nightlife venues.

Stuessi will oversee all aspects of the food and beverage operations for W Las Vegas, which opens in 2008. The project will boast a mix of more than 20 unique restaurant, lounge and nightclub outlets.
Stuessi will create and implement a culinary program showcasing an impressive array of high profile restaurateurs, chefs and nightlife operators throughout the hotel and residences.
