Epiphany Changes Name to EpicenterSpark
FEBRUARY 22, 2008.EpicenterSpark Hospitality International (formerly Epiphany Hospitality International), has recently repositioned the company with a new identity that better reflects the values, energy and innovative spirit key partners and clients have come to appreciate.
"Our growth, in such a short period of time has led our team to solidify what we want to stand for and exemplify as a company" stated Scott Bunce, Founder and CEO of EpicenterSpark Hospitality. "In just over six months we have reached numerous milestones that we are very proud of and as a result encouraged a branding that would better reflect our creativity, unique offering and core values."
EpicenterSpark has been named the preferred supplier of global hospitality management services with WorldHotels. In this role EpicenterSpark will provide management services for Comfort (three-star) and First Class (four-star) hotels and condos.
In addition, EpicenterSpark has engaged in multiple new development partnerships with sister company Red Spark Marketing who specializes in the marketing and sales efforts for real estate development projects. Red Spark works with noted industry leaders such as Blackstone, Valencia Hotel Group, Bourn Partners, Diamond Ventures and Trinity Development. "It is a perfect partnership", noted Lynette Hegeman, Principal of Red Spark Marketing. "EpicenterSpark offers the expertise needed to effectively and efficiently position a hotel or condo project and ensure that all details from architectural design to interior selections and operational plans are strategically outlined. Their experience will make a significant difference in the product ultimately delivered and ensure that what my team markets and sales is quality and that when delivered will be successfully managed."
Today's market has opened doors with many outside investors. EpicenterSpark is in negotiations with a consortium of seasoned hospitality executives, as well as a preeminent hospitality company to combine forces that will expedite opportunities and growth in both hotel and condo management.
Despite the unstable economic times, Bunce is optimistic about the hospitality industry and the opportunities that continue to be realized. "Now is the time to develop and implement strategic plans", Bunce noted. "When the market is good, most tend to run on auto pilot. When the market is compromised you realize the importance and value of having strong, experienced teams that can help you weather market volatility. We believe that you should always be strategic and be proactive - one never knows what tomorrow will bring."
