MANCHESTER, UK, March 10, 2008. Manchester is set to see the opening of its second Crowne Plaza property when a new contemporary-designed hotel opens in the vibrant Northern Quarter in September this year.
Aimed at the increasing number of corporate and leisure travellers coming to the city, the ten-floor hotel on Shudehill fits in with the modern design of nearby buildings such as the Urbis.

The hotel will also contain a destination restaurant serving fresh locally sourced food. Businesses, meanwhile, will be able to make use of nine conference rooms. The largest of these will accommodate up to 300 delegates in theatre-style seating.
