Mumford Company Closes Sale of Days Inn Indianapolis
MARCH 12, 2008. The Mumford Company has arranged the sale of the Days Inn of Indianapolis, Indiana on behalf of a Bowling Green, Kentucky based seller to Westloop Hotels, LLC. The hotel was sold for an undisclosed price and will remain a Days Inn. The sale was facilitated by Steve Kirby of the Mumford Company's Atlanta, GA office and Lance Potter of the firm's Chicago, IL office. According to Lance Potter, "the hotel represented an excellent value at a price well below replacement cost, in a desirable and well located suburban area of Northwest Indianapolis." The California based buyer is relocating to Indianapolis to manage and operate the hotel.
