Westin Copley Place Announces New F&B Director
APRIL 29, 2008. The Westin Copley Place is pleased to announce the appointment of Brian Chiaramonte as their new Director of Food & Beverage. Chiaramonte joins the talented team at The Westin Copley Place from Royal Sonesta Cambridge where he also served as Director of Food & Beverage.
As Director of Food and Beverage, Chiaramonte will have the overall responsibility for providing the highest level of food quality and service standards, while actively seeking opportunities to implement new and innovative food and beverage trends.

Chiaramonte has almost fifteen years of experience in the food and beverage industry. He was with Royal Sonesta Cambridge for over twelve years and held several positions within the company. He was also at Tara Hotels in Newton, MA.
