Rockbridge and First Hospitality Announce Hampton Inn Columbus, OH
APRIL 30, 2008. RockBridge Capital, LLC and First Hospitality Group, Inc., today announced the opening of the Hampton Inn & Suites in Columbus, Ohio. Robert Habeeb president of First Hospitality Group made the announcement.
The 145-room, five-story hotel is a joint-venture partnership between RockBridge and Continental Real Estate. Rosemont, Ill.-based First Hospitality Group, a developer, owner and operator of hotel properties throughout the Midwest, will manage the hotel.
The hotel is convenient to several local attractions, including The Ohio State University and Easton Town Center, a premier shopping, dining and entertainment facility. In addition, guests can enjoy an array of amenities, such as a business center, indoor pool and spa, fitness center, complimentary "On the House Hot Breakfast," and wired HSIA and WiFi.
An innovator and leader in the industry, the new Hampton Inn & Suites will feature stylish and contemporary oversized guest rooms and suites with Hampton's luxurious "Cloud Nine" beds and linens, 32" LCD high-definition televisions and large work desks. The suites will feature a microwave and fridge in each room, along with a sitting area and sofa bed.
