Pinnacle Completes Conversion to Marriott Boston Billerica
AUGUST 21, 2008. Pinnacle Hotel Management announced today the opening of the 210-room Courtyard by Marriott Boston Billerica located at 270 Concord Road following a multi-million dollar renovation. The Courtyard Boston Billerica will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by Rockbridge affiliates and Pinnacle Hotel Management. It will be managed by Pinnacle Hotel Management.

The Courtyard Boston Billerica offers guests convenient access to the Billerica Technology Park, I-95 and downtown Boston. The hotel was converted from the former Wyndham Hotel Billerica in an extensive renovation that completely redesigned the property's public space. The new concept includes, a business library featuring individual workstations with high-speed data ports and ergonomic chairs; a pantry-style, 24-hour "grab and go" food and beverage area called The Market, and a lounge area where guests can work, meet and dine in a relaxing setting.
The eight-story hotel offers five meeting rooms with 4,300 square feet of meeting space to accommodate small meetings and functions of up to 200. Other guest facilities and services include Fireside Grill restaurant and Fireside Lounge, an indoor swimming pool, fitness center and business library.
The Courtyard Boston Billerica features 210 rooms including 14 suites. In-room amenities include 32-inch flat panel televisions, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron with ironing board, cable television with a free premium movie channel, a large well-lit work desk and Marriott's new, more luxurious bedding.
