Rocco Forte Collection Appoints GM and DOS&M at The Augustine, Prague

Henning Mattheison as General Manager and Tanja Pfifers Director of Sales & Marketing

LONDON, UK, September 22, 2008 - The Rocco Forte Collection has appointed a General Manager and a Director of Sales and Marketing at its new hotel, The Augustine, opening in Prague in spring 2009.

Heading up the team as General Manager is Henning Mattheison, whose previous roles include Assistant Manager at Hotel Adlon Kempinksi in Berlin and General Manager at Coombe Abbey Hotel in Coventry.

Whilst at Coombe Abbey, Henning oversaw an increase in keys of almost 50 percent and his skill in ensuring that service remained impeccable throughout makes him a perfect fit for The Rocco Forte Collection.

Tanja Pfifers will join as Director of Sales & Marketing for what will be her third hotel opening; Tanja has already overseen the successful launches of Four Seasons Hotel Gresham Palace in Budapest and Four Seasons Hotel Caracas in Venezuela. As well as extensive market knowledge of leisure and group business in Europe and North America, Tanja also has a good knowledge of the spa and restaurant market.
