OCTOBER 2, 2008. Kinseth Hospitality Companies has completed construction on the new, Courtyard by Marriott located at Metro North Business Park in Southeast Ankeny, Iowa. A Grand Opening Ceremony will be held Thursday, October 2, 2008 with an official ribbon cutting conducted by Ankeny city officials and hotel management.
An Open House will be held from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm to welcome the public into the beautiful new Courtyard by Marriott Ankeny.
