HFTP Announces ProLinks Webinar Schedule
OCTOBER 14, 2008. Starting next week, Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP) is offering online educational opportunities twice a month through its ProLinks Webinars.
The one-hour, live sessions are presented by the hospitality industry's movers and shakers and cover topics ranging from HSIA to food and beverage cost controls to credit card processing requirements and much more.

The sessions include live audio, chat and slide presentations. Registration is free for HFTP members who can receive 1 CPE credit for attending the one-hour session. Nonmembers may attend the sessions, but must contact HFTP to register.
October's webinars start on the 23rd with the presentation, 'SOX and the City: Update on the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.' This is the online debut for this popular session at HFTP conferences. Presenter Jerald M. Trieber, CPA, CHAE gives the ins and outs of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), covering the Act's history and how it has evolved over the past five years.
On October 30, Russell Hruby from ClubSoft Inc. presents, 'Using Technology to Market to Club Members.' The session discusses strategies for using the system you have to target your club's members and increase customer satisfaction.
