OCTOBER 21, 2008. RAGHUVANS, LLC has acquired the 57 room BEST WESTERN PALMETTO INN In Manning, South Carolina for $1,750,000. Atlanta, GA based Hodges Ward Elliott Focused Service Division brokered the transaction for the seller, EWS INVESTMENTS, LLC, a South Carolina corporation. The newly renovated property will continue its affiliation with the Best Western brand.
