The Providence Group, LLC, a Massachusetts-based full service hospitality management company, announced today that it has completed a consulting engagement with The Balsams Grand Resort Hotel, in Dixville Notch, New Hampshire, to provide a strategic analysis of the hotels operations, market situation and sales and marketing initiatives. Upon completion of the project, The Providence Group CEO, Jed C. Heller, reported his assessment and recommendations to the hotel's trustees.

"I compliment Jed on his work and his presentation to the Board of Trustees. I think it went well and everyone was pleased. It was just what we had asked for and gives us valuable business insights as we move forward," said Grafton J. Corbett III, CEO of Tillotson Corporation and a Trustee of The Balsams Hotel.
