Carino's Colleen McCollum Slected by Irish Echo's "Top 40 under 40"

NEW YORK, NY, February 18, 2009 - Carino Hotels & Resorts Worldwide is proud to announce Colleen McCollum, Vice President of Sales, has been named to the Irish Echo's 2009 "Top 40 Under 40". The Irish Echo is the United States' largest and most widely-read Irish-American newspaper. McCollum has been honored as a part of the publication's annual list of a group of 40 individuals under the age of 40, making a name for themselves in their respective professional industries.
McCollum will be honored with other recipients at an upcoming banquet on February 26, 2009 in the Manhattan Club at New York City's Rosie O'Grady's. The Irish Echo's 40 Under 40 award winners epitomize the verve and vigor which has long been a hallmark of Irish America.
Ms. McCollum joined the CARINO organization as Director of Sales in 2002 and one of her immediate contributions to the organization consisted of building a global sales team while overseeing sales and revenue to our member hotels. After achieving year-over-year growth, CARINO Hotels & Resorts was compelled to promote her to Executive Director of Sales in just three short years and now serves as Vice President of Sales.
