Generation Repositions Newly Acquired Memphis Hotel as Staybridge Suites
RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, NC, Ooctober 28, 2005. The Generation Companies LLC (Generation), a Research Triangle Park-based real estate developer, asset manager and operator of extended stay hotels recently acquired the Hawthorn Suites of Ridgeway Center Parkway in Memphis, Tennessee, and repositioned the hotel as a Staybridge Suites. The property will undergo a $1.5 million renovation with plans for completion by spring 2006.

Guests at the Staybridge Suites Memphis can choose from three suite options (deluxe studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom/two-bath). All suites feature fully equipped kitchens, in-room DVD/CD players, functional, well-lit work stations with ergonomic seating, data ports, two-line speaker phone with voicemail, and access to high-speed Internet at no charge.
