Ferguson Named Sr. VP at La Quinta
DALLAS, TX, November 7, 2005. La Quinta Corp. has promoted Noel E. Ferguson to senior vp of human resources. He will report to David L. Rea, La Quinta's president and chief operating officer.
Ferguson will have responsibility for all aspects of the company's human resources including employment, training, compensation, benefits, employee relations and organizational development. In addition, the public relations and communications function will also report to him.
Ferguson joined La Quinta in 2003. Prior to that, he was a consultant focusing on human resources and entrepreneurial ventures. In other experience, he held various positions with Marriott International and Host Marriott Services Corp.
