Integro USA Announces Five New Executive Appointments

Noted insurance industry executives join growing ranks of Integro

NEW YORK, NY, June 09, 2005. Roger Egan, Chief Executive Officer, and Peter Garvey, President, Integro Ltd. today announced five executive appointments. Most notably, industry veterans Frank Gundersen and Marc Kunney have been named to head the company's New York and San Francisco offices, respectively.

Frank M. Gundersen, Managing Director, Head of New York Office

Prior to joining Integro, Mr. Gundersen served as Chairman of Marsh's Global

Property Division, serving the complex insurance needs of large international clients on global property placements. Mr. Gundersen's expertise throughout his tenure in the insurance industry encompasses property insurance, captive design/management and international account servicing responsibilities. He is a Board Member of the Cold Spring Harbor Labs, and works with several charitable organizations within his community.

Jeffrey B. Wingate, Managing Director, Head of Client Development

Mr. Wingate will join Integro as Head of Client Development for the firm's New York Office. Previously, he served as Sales Leader for the New York metro region of Marsh. Mr. Wingate's insurance expertise spans the areas of inancial services, technology/telecommunications, real estate and retail. A graduate of Hobart College, Mr. Wingate received an MBA from New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business. He also serves on the Executive Council of New York and is active in the Association for Corporate Growth.

Alexandra E. Littlejohn, Managing Director, Head of Worldwide Casualty

Ms. Littlejohn has been named Head of Worldwide Casualty for the firm. She has considerable expertise in casualty placements, especially in the real estate, technology and construction industries. Most recently, she served as Managing Director responsible for Primary Casualty placement at Marsh.

Marc R. Kunney, Managing Director, Head of San Francisco Office

Mr. Kunney has been named Head of the San Francisco office, continuing his tenure as a leading insurance professional in the area. Previously, Mr. Kunney served as Marsh's Managing Director of Risk and Insurance Services and headed the company's San Francisco office. He is a graduate of Wesleyan University and holds an MBA from the Haas School at UC Berkeley. Mr. Kunney serves on the Board of Governors of the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation, and is Vice Chairman of the Children's Hospital of Oakland.

Bruce L. Scollin, Managing Director

Mr. Scollin will be responsible for Sales and Client Management for Integro's San Francisco office. Prior to joining Integro, he served as Managing Director, Global Development for Marsh's San Francisco office. With nearly 26 years of experience, Mr. Scollin holds an outstanding professional reputation within the manufacturing, technology, real estate and hospitality industry sectors. He is a Director of The Heritage and former President of both The Guardsman and the Olympic Club. He is an active member of the San Francisco Boys and Girls Club, and serves on the Board of Alumni at Santa Clara University.

In announcing today's appointments, Mr. Garvey stated that while Integro may be in its infancy, "the naming of these notable industry professionals is a testament to the appeal of Integro's fresh new business model for offering premier, disciplined broking to commercial and institutional clients worldwide."
