Onity Taps Top Industry Talent for Key Positions in Marketing and Customer Operations
Continued growth in the hotel sector necessitates strategic new additions to the marketing and custo
ATLANTA - JUNE 3, 2005 - Onity, the leading global provider of electronic facility control solutions for the lodging industry, has announced three new staff appointments to key positions at the company's North American headquarters, based in Atlanta.
Tiffany Chester has been named to the newly created position of marketing manager. With over 15 years of hospitality industry experience, Tiffany has held key sales and marketing positions with The Walt Disney Company, Gaylord Hotels, the Dallas Convention and Visitors Bureau, and the Boston Convention and Visitors Bureau. Prior to joining Onity, she served as marketing director for General Growth Properties in Orlando, Florida. In her new role, Tiffany will be responsible for developing and implementing targeted marketing strategies for Onity's North American division. She holds an MBA from the University of Maryland-University College and a B.A. in Mass Communications from Hampton University.
Also joining Onity is Matt Sheridan, who has been appointed director of customer operations. His successful 20-year career includes executive positions with companies such as America West Airlines, Worldwide Security Associates and ADT Securities. He brings expertise in a variety of areas, including customer service, finance, employee relations, operations, project management and business development.
In addition, Greg Woodliff has been appointed to the position of installation services manager. Greg joins Onity with a 15-year background in technical project and program management, installation processes and procedures, working for companies such as IBM, Radiant Systems and AutoVIN, Inc. In his new position at Onity, Greg will have overall responsibility for more than 50 installation crews, scheduling, pricing and field quality.
