VRX Adds the Stratosphere to its Table of Las Vegas Hotels

VANCOUVER, BC, November 22, 2005. VRX Worldwide Inc. (TSX-V: VRW) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, VRX Studios Inc. ("VRX"), has signed a three year production and distribution agreement with the Stratosphere Casino Hotel & Tower (the "Stratosphere"). The addition of the Stratosphere to VRX's Hotel Program brings VRX's coverage of the popular Las Vegas market to 33%.

Under the agreement, VRX will create high quality, web-friendly 360-degree virtual tours and still images of each amenity, facility and room type offered by the Stratosphere. Once created, VRX will integrate the images into custom designed interactive maps of the property that will visually organize the images and help orientate viewers. All content created by VRX under this agreement will be certified by the Stratosphere as accurate and up-to-date before being added to VRX's Hotel Archive and syndicated to third party travel websites.
