Stephen Catania Named Director of Food & Beverage at the Colonnade Hotel
BOSTON, MA, November, 2005. Stephen Catania was recently appointed to the position of Director of Food and Beverage at The Colonnade Hotel.
Stephen joins The Colonnade from Dolce International in Armonk, NY, where he held the position of Assistant General Manager at the IBM Learning Center. Prior to his current assignment, he held the position of Director of Food& Beverage and Assistant General Manager at Dolce Hamilton Park for six years.
Stephen has also worked at the Westin Suites/Sheraton Philadelphia Airport, Sheraton Tara in Parsippany, Sheraton New York and the Sheraton Meadowlands.
Over the past 19 years, Stephen has gained extensive experience in both the front and back of the house, having begun his career in culinary operations. He holds an Associates Degree in Business Administration from Brookdale Community College and a Degree in Culinary Arts from the French Culinary Institute of New York City.
