Hospitality Ventures Completes Charlotte Residence Inn Renovation
CHARLOTTE, NC, December 13, 2005. Hospitality Ventures, LLC has completed the $2-million renovation project at its Residence Inn Charlotte South hotel here.
The project renovated all 116 suites, public spaces and the hotel's exterior. The new Marriott bedding package is now featured in each suite and includes a pillow-top mattress and a new bed cover system that utilizes three high quality sheets. New wall coverings, carpeting, window treatments, bed skirts, framed mirrors, granite bathroom countertops and furniture were also brought into the suites.
Located at 5816 Westpark Dr., the Residence Inn also now has a more spacious Great Room in the Gatehouse, which hosts a complimentary breakfast each morning. Following the renovation, it also now features a market offering a variety of items 24 hours a day as well as a library featuring various books, magazines and games.
A business center was also added to the hotel and the meeting room was upgraded. Hospitality Ventures, LLC, owns and operates the hotel.
