Presidio to Sell Recently Renovated Courtyard
HONOLULU, HI, December 30, 2005. Presidio Kauai LLC has notified the state that it plans to sell the Courtyard by Marriott Kauai, effective Feb. 22. No buyer or sale price was disclosed, according to Pacific Business News reports.
Presidio Kauai is a subsidiary of Fairfied, CA-based Presidio Hotel Group, which bought the hotel in 2003 and then substantially renovated it less than a year ago. The property reopened under Marriott management in February.
The 311-room hotel is on 10.5 acres at Waipouli Beach in Kapaa
