ETA Star to Start on The Palladium Towers
DUBAI, June 14, 2005. ETA Star, one of the premier property developers in the Middle East has announced that it will commence construction on The Palladium, the proposed 34-storey office, retail and residential complex in the heart of Jumeirah Lake Towers.
The company has awarded the AED 122 million construction contract to Ascon Construction LLC, a part of the ETA ASCON GROUP. Ascon Construction LLC has been involved in the construction of several landmark projects including the Deira City Centre, Jumeirah Beach Hotel and the Dubai Business Centre. According to the terms of the contract, ASCON will be responsible for building an ultra modern high-rise mixed-use apartment complex spanning over half a million square feet of built-up area. Over 90 per cent sold out, the project is scheduled for completion by the 3rd quarter of 2007.
