Fairmont Selects Superclick to Enhance Guest Tech Support

TORONTO, Canada, February 02, 2006. Fairmont Hotels & Resorts has selected Superclick, Inc. to provide 24/7 customer support to guests using the company's high-speed Internet services.

Fairmont's teaming with Superclick is designed to help offer travelers the most comprehensive digital services available and will complement Fairmont's existing technical support hotline, which is manned by its own IT personnel.

Superclick's SIMS server is currently in place in 58 Fairmont properties. A rollout of this most recent initiative is expected to be completed this month
