Scottsdale Plaza Promotes Kelly Moenter-Nofal and Marti Waicelunas
SCOTTSDALE, AZ, February 8, 2006. The Scottsdale Plaza Resort, one of the nation's premier resorts, continues to grow with the promotion of Kelly Moenter-Nofal to Director of Sales and Marti Waicelunas to Director of Conference Services.
Moenter-Nofal, formerly Associate Director of Sales for The Plaza, will work closely with the Sales Department developing strategies to increase revenue and continue to build long-term business partnerships with clients. Her experience, dedication and expertise in the industry contributed to this recent promotion. Prior to joining The Scottsdale Plaza Resort in 2003, Moenter-Nofal was a National Sales Manager at Pointe Hilton Resorts.
In her new position as Director of Conference Services, Waicelunas will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the conference services department, including the resort's in-house conference planning team, Plaza Planners. Waicelunas, who has been with The Plaza for 9 years, was formerly Associate Director of Conference Services for the resort.
