Spanish Tourist Exchange for Professionals STEPS is Back
LONDON, UK, February 24, 2006. The Spanish Tourist Office will host their sixth STEPS exhibition (Spanish Tourist Exchange for Professionals) on 29th and 30th March 2006 at the Royal Horticultural Halls, London.
This is an ongoing initiative dedicated exclusively to Spain and will open its doors to a whole host of new business opportunities for those operating in the Spanish travel industry.
This year, a new section for the on-line sector will open. This comes following the important role the on-line tourist market plays today and due to its quick expansion in recent years. For this reason the Spanish Tourist Office in London considers this initiative an important one to reinforce the present and future of the travel industry and felt it important to show this during STEPS 2006.
Over 140 outstanding exhibitors from the travel industry in Spain will attend this sixth edition for Spanish and British professionals to find out what is new in Spain as well as networking and exchanging ideas and solutions with some of the leading players in the industry.
Different areas have been set up for golf, sport and nature, culture, short breaks, meetings and incentives, sun and sea destinations to make it easier for the visitor.
Both days will also host a parallel seminar programme covering a variety of topics including products and destinations as well as a face to face talk to discuss the current industry situation with Miguel Flux'a Rosell'o, President of the renowned Spanish travel group Iberostar and Ignacio Vasallo, Director of the Spanish Tourist office in London.
