Red Lion Promotes Anthony F. Dombrowik to Sr VP
SPOKANE, WA, March 6, 2006. Red Lion Hotels Corporation (NYSE:RLH) today announced that it has promoted Anthony 'Tony' Dombrowik to Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Dombrowik has served Red Lion Hotels Corporation as Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer since May of 2003 and has been a Vice President of the company since 2004.
Prior to joining the company, Mr. Dombrowik worked over 11 years for public accounting firm BDO Seidman, LLP where he served in various capacities, most recently as a senior manager. His practice included auditing and consulting for mid-market public companies focusing on consolidations, capital and debt transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and the hospitality industry.
