SHORT HILLS, NJ - June 28, 2005 - This September, when patrons of Hilton Short Hills' two popular restaurants sit down to enjoy one of the best meals in the state, they will also be helping to raise funds for breast cancer research.

The Dining Room, New Jersey's only AAA Five Diamond restaurant, and The Terrace, home of New Jersey's favorite brunch, will support this year's Style for the Cure to raise funds for the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation by donating 10 percent of the profits for a few days. The Dining Room will donate 10 percent of its profits from dinners purchased September 20-22. The Terrace will donate 10 percent of proceeds from its hugely popular Sunday brunch on September 25.

"We are proud to partner with the Mall at Short Hills to support this worthy cause," says Edie Turna, director of sales and marketing for Hilton Short Hills.

The Mall at Short Hills hosts the annual fund-raiser, a mall-wide event to benefit the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, North Jersey Affiliate. Participants donate 10 percent of their sales to the organization for a designated number of days in September. Since it's inception in 2003, Style for the Cure has raised over a quarter of a million dollars for the Komen North Jersey Affiliate. This year's fund-raiser will be from September 19 to 25.

The Komen North Jersey Affiliate, located in Summit, was established in 1997 and serves nine counties in northern New Jersey, including (Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Morris, Passaic, Sussex, Somerset, Union and Warren). Since inception, the Affiliate has granted over $6.2 million to community-based programs in its service area focusing on the medically underserved and uninsured. In addition, the Affiliate has contributed over $2.7 million to the Komen Foundation Award and Research Grant Research Program.

The Hilton Short Hills is New Jersey's premier urban resort, offering an award-winning combination of resort-level luxury, cutting-edge business amenities and world-class cuisine with the comfort and convenience of an urban setting. The Dining Room remains the only Five Diamond restaurant in New Jersey. Only a handful of restaurants across the country, and none in the New York metro area, have held the designation longer than The Dining Room's 12 years. Hilton Short Hills is located at 41 JFK Parkway in Short Hills, NJ.
