MonteLago Village Resort Appoints Larry Peterson Director of Sales
LAKE LAS VEGAS, NV, March 11, 2006. MonteLago Village Resort, Lake Las Vegas, has appointed Larry Peterson as its Director of Sales responsible for corporate, government, and association groups, and their related meetings and conferences. Larry will also be responsible for managing the market segments at the resort, building relationships with wholesales and third parties that bring travelers and groups to the area.
Before joining the team at MonteLago Village Resort, Larry was a National Sales Manager at the Aladdin Resort and Casino, handling corporate, association and incentive markets. He also worked with PGI Housing, Registration and Travel for seven years in different capacities, including Director of Operations/Assistant General Manager and also Director of Sales and Marketing for their leisure wholesale division, Reservations Plus.
Larry's experience also includes holding the Director of Sales position at the Four Queens Casino and Hotel in Downtown Las Vegas, Tour and Travel Sales Manager at the Riviera Casino and Hotel and Director of Hotel Operations at the Casino Royal Casino and Hotel in Las Vegas.
