PORTSMOUTH, NH, April 3, 2006. The Hilton Garden Inn Portsmouth Downtown, opening mid May, 2006, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Shaun McEachern as General Manager. Ms. McEachern joins the Hilton Garden Inn Portsmouth Downtown with over 15 years hospitality management experience in New Hampshire.

The 131-Room Hilton Garden Inn Portsmouth Downtown, located in the heart of the city at 100 High Street, Portsmouth, NH will cater to both the leisure and business travelers. The hotel is part of a joint development with Harbour Hill Condominiums, which are directly adjacent to the hotel. The condos offer one floor luxury residential living in the heart of downtown. The convenience of the attached hotel providing full service amenities to condominium owners is a unique concept in New Hampshire; however, one that has been very successful in other cities. The residential portion is 80% sold with occupancy slated for the end of March 2006. Prudential Rush Realty of Portsmouth is anticipating a sell out of this project during the spring period.
