Clayton on the Park Named a Boutique Brand Hotel by Preferred Hotel Group

CLAYTON, Missouri, June 30, 2005. Clayton on the Park, the luxury all-suite hotel and apartments at 8052 Bonhomme in Clayton, has received the added distinction from Preferred Hotel Group of being designated a member of the Boutique brand of hotels - uniquely memorable properties that emphasize distinctive design, service and personality on a more intimate scale that are already members of Preferred.

"Receiving the designation of a Boutique brand within the Preferred Hotel Group is vindication of the ongoing pursuit of excellence at Clayton on the Park by ownership and management," said Micarl Hill, general manager. "In the last year alone, we have converted 11 apartments to luxury hotel suites creating the Preferred Zone, purchased a London Cab for the use of our hotel guests, added Finale Music & Dining, and built out 3,400 square feet of state-of-the-art meeting space."

Clayton on the Park is also a member of Preferred Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, a global brand of more than 115 of the world's finest independent luxury hotels and resorts. Membership in Preferred is limited to hotels and resorts that meet or exceed the high operational levels required by Preferred's Standards of Excellence program, a quality assurance audit conducted by a third-party licensed quality assurance professional during annual, unannounced inspections.
