Doubletree Pittsburgh Enters Top Ten

. October 14, 2008

BEVERLY HILLS, CA, April 13, 2006. The Doubletree Hotel Pittsburgh City Center has received recognition from Hilton Hotels Corporation as one of the top 10 hotels in the brand's portfolio.

The hotel, which underwent an eight- month, $13 million hotelwide transformation, marked the return of the Doubletree experience to the Greater Pittsburgh area just six short months ago. The Doubletree Hotel Pittsburgh City Center's #7 ranking amongst 160 Doubletree properties throughout North America came from the Doubletree Brand Promise Report for the 1st Quarter of 2006.

The Doubletree Brand Promise Report evaluates all Doubletree hotels in 14 product quality and service categories including guestroom cleanliness, can do attitude of staff, problem resolution and compliance with Doubletree brand standards.

However, Prospera Hospitality, the company that manages the Doubletree Hotel Pittsburgh City Center, attributes the hotel's incredible success during the first quarter of 2006 not only to the incredible product improvements made to the hotel itself, but to the employees who welcome thousands of guests to the hotel for business and pleasure throughout the year.

"We are extremely pleased with the latest brand rankings," said Kevin Kilkeary, president of Prospera Hospitality. "While our facility has been greatly enhanced, our staff has been committed to providing our clients the top-quality service they expect from the Doubletree brand."
