Hotel Concepts Taps Successful Software Entrepreneur Jan Teblick as co-CEO of Worldwide Operations

Seasoned software professional joins founder, Bas Blommaart, to lead Hotel Concepts to "Top 5" posit

ATLANTA, GA, April 17, 2006. Bas Blommaart, founder and CEO of Hotel Concepts, has announced the appointment of Jan Teblick as the company's co-CEO. Teblick, who will be based at Hotel Concepts' worldwide headquarters in The Netherlands, will assist Blommaart in leading Hotel Concepts to a "Top Five" position in the hospitality technology market worldwide. Currently, the company is a leading global provider of property management/CRS technology and software solutions for the hospitality industry, with five regional offices in the U.S., Europe and Australia. Blommaart, who founded the company in 1994, has been at its helm for over 12 years, and has led the firm through an unprecedented period of growth in both the hospitality and technology markets.

Teblick was chosen for the role of co-CEO, due to his extensive technical and financial background, his proven success in the software market, and his strong leadership ability. He holds a Masters degree in Applied Economics from RUCA, and over his successful 15-year career, has held various management positions in financial and systems engineering operations. In 1998, Teblick founded Evisor, a Belgian company specializing in IT-integration projects with a strong focus on e-business. With many top multinational companies in its client base, Teblick joint-ventured with PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2001, and after growing to a staff of over 200, was acquired by IBM in 2002.

Teblick's first task in his new position as co-CEO of Hotel Concepts will be to prepare the company for expected future growth. He will also oversee the daily operations at Hotel Concepts' worldwide headquarters and their five regional offices.
