West Virginia Microtel Changes Hands in Mumford-Brokered Deal
SOUTH CHARLESTON, WV, April 24, 2006. Charleston Hospitality Corp. is now the owner of the Microtel Inn in South Charleston, WV, following the sale of the property.
The Mumford Co. brokered the transaction for the seller, which was an affiliate of Essex Partners. Charleston Hospitality Corp. will now perform cosmetic renovations at the property. It will also retain the Microtel flag.
