Weinthaler Named GM of Future Embassy Suites, Tampa
TAMPA, FL, April 24, 2006. Jeff Weinthaler has been named general manager of the Embassy Suites Hotel Tampa, opening this summer.
The hotel will be attached to the Tampa Convention Center via skybridge. Weinthaler is responsible for all aspects of operations, sales and management of the 360-room all-suite hotel.
Weinthaler is a 14-year veteran with Hilton. This is his fourth general manager position and third hotel grand opening with the company.
He opened the Embassy Suites Orlando Airport in 1999. Most recently he managed the Doubletree Guest Suites Disney in Orlando for three years.
