Cornell Hotel School, AIG Global Real Estate Investment Corp. Renew Research Partnership
ITHACA, NY, April 25, 2006. AIG Global Real Estate Investment Corp. has renewed through 2009 its partnership with the Cornell Hotel School's Center for Hospitality Research (CHR). Under the agreement, AIG Global Real Estate will continue to support the Center's research and Kevin Fitzpatrick, president of AIG Global Real Estate, will join the Center's Advisory Board.

All CHR Reports are available from the Center's website, www. chr.cornell.edu. These reports are made available free of charge. In 2005, 17,307 new visitors to the site downloaded 78,536 Center reports and tools.
