Oberoi to Build in Goa
GOA, India, June 12, 2006. The Oberoi Group is all set to launch a luxury hotel in Goa, where it has so far been absent reports local media.
The Group will be establishing a `vilas' level property in Goa for which it has acquired land. The Oberoi Group is keen to enter Goa because it reports the highest average length of stay by both foreign and Indian guests.
Goa also recorded an average occupancy rate of 61 percent in the 2004- 2005.
