SynXis Unveils a Major Upgrade to the RedXTM at HITEC
Release continues a year of tremendous growth in customers and offerings
SOUTHLAKE, TX, June 15, 2006. SynXis, the Sabre Holdings (NYSE:TSG) business that provides reservation management, distribution and technology services for hotels around the world, announced today they are releasing for customer use the newest version of their RedXTM Distribution Management System used by thousands of hotels around the world.
SynXis designed the RedXTM 5.0 release based on customer feedback and usability testing that has been gathered and conducted over the past year. Many features have been added or redesigned to meet the needs of SynXis' growing customer base enabling these hotels to compete even more effectively in the complex world of hotel distribution. RedXTM users will benefit from quicker and easier navigation, more efficient revenue management capabilities and faster system response times. At the same time they are launching the new functionally, to accommodate future growth, SynXis is adding a significant amount of hardware, nearly doubling the size of its infrastructure for its web-based applications.

In the past 12 months SynXis has added over 700 properties to their customer base, bringing the total number of hotels using a SynXis platform to 7,800, making SynXis the second largest provider of reservation distribution management products and services. SynXis transactions have grown over 30% since last year.
