$40 mil Renovation of The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel Completed
ATLANTA, GA, June 19, 2006. The John Hardy Group (JHG) announced the completion of the $40 million renovation of the AAA Five Diamond Ritz-Carlton, Laguna, Niguel Resort, which has catered to the world's most discriminating guests for more than 21 years. JHG provided Owner's Representation, Project Management and Project Accounting Services.
The $40 million dollar renovation involved the hotel's grand entrance area;393 guestrooms, including 30 suites and 38 Ritz-Carlton Club Level rooms; Restaurant 162'; 19 meeting rooms, which total 22,724 square feet of conference and banquet space, the spa's 11 treatment rooms and one of the biggest changes at the property may have come about with the creation of a two-level fitness center that is perched atop a 150-foot bluff that overlooks the Pacific Ocean.
