Recognizing that today's guests seek every opportunity to combine travel with new learning experiences, entertainment and recreation, Millennium Hotels and Resorts from Los Angeles to Boston are offering extra-value autumn vacation packages to match virtually every interest:

The Millennium Biltmore Hotel, Los Angeles, in the city of Hollywood, entertainment and Walt Disney, is offering a price break on culture and sports. The hotel's "Special Events" package includes classic guest room accommodations, complimentary breakfast for two at Smeraldi's Restaurant, valet parking and a special rate (starting at $169 through December 31) for guests who show proof of purchase of tickets to an event at the Music Center, Walt Disney Concert Hall, Staples Center or Dodger Stadium during the timeframe of their stay.

The Millennium Bostonian Hotel, Boston, recommends a "Walking" package featuring deluxe accommodations with rates starting at $259 per room, per night through November 15. Teaming up with the SHADE Foundation, the hotel throws in a pop-up map of the city's most famous sites, including the Freedom Trail, Old North Church, Faneuil Hall, the historic North End and Paul Revere's house, plus a disposable camera to capture the sights and Blue Lizard SPF 30 Suncream to protect against too much sun.

More relaxed oriented guests can opt for a private Boston Tea Party with the "Bed and Breakfast" package (accommodations, full American breakfast and the services of a skilled concierge to plan activities, starting at $269 per deluxe room, per night, through October 31 or a "Bed and Breakfast" package with Fireside accommodations starting at $349 per room (weekend accommodations with a working fireplace, full American breakfast for two in the hotel's Seasons Restaurant or the room, and complimentary Godiva Hot Chocolate and Cherry Cordials). Millennium Harvest House, Boulder, is not being rude by offering a "Take a Hike" package this fall. Starting at $134, the program takes advantage of the magnificent landscape of the Boulder area, offering deluxe accommodations, the Express Buffet for two at the hotel's Thyme on the Creek Restaurant, and a Boulder area Trail Map. And, in addition to a "Bed and Breakfast" package ($115, including deluxe accommodations and the Express Buffet breakfast), the hotel welcomes larger groups with its "Slumber Party at the Harvest House" package. Included are a classic sleeping room with two double beds (connecting rooms also available), one large pizza, a bucket of popcorn, an in-room movie, and up to four complimentary sodas, all for only $179 through December 31, 2005.

Millennium Hotel, Cincinnati, takes the past seriously with a variety of autumn packages. The newly opened National Underground Railroad Freedom Center, telling the inspiring and heroic story of African Americans' flight to safety, is the featured attraction in the hotel's "Freedom, Freedom, Freedom!" package featuring overnight accommodations, tickets to the Freedom Center, continental breakfast, and overnight valet parking. Starting at $139 per room, based on single occupancy, and available through December 31, 2005.

Additional nights are only $89 excluding package amenities and tax. The hotel also offers a "Somewhere in Time" package capturing the nostalgia of Cincinnati's past with a dinner cruise and horse-drawn carriage ride and tour of the historic areas plus classic accommodations, continental breakfast for two and valet parking, for $299. Available through November 30, 2005.
