Northwest Assumes Management of Best Western, Tillamook

TILLAMOOK, OR, JULY 10, 2006. Richard E. Takach, president and CEO of Northwest Hospitality Group, LLC, today announced the corporation has assumed management of a Tillamook, Ore. property in the Best Western Hotel chain.

The Best Western Inn & Suites, located at 1722 Makinster Road, is in the Tillamook Valley in the heart of the Oregon Coast's dairy country. Just a few blocks from the world-famous Tillamook County Cheese Factory, golf course and the Latimer Quilt Center, the location of the hotel is designed for business and leisure travelers. The property is a three-story building where all 51 spacious rooms are outfitted with kitchen and housekeeping amenities, king or queen accommodations, a full bathroom and 74 cable channels, plus HBO(R), on 27-inch televisions.

For business travelers, executive suites, furnished with king beds, oversize chairs, sleeper-couches, desks, two televisions and all standard amenities are available. The Tillamook Best Western also offers a conference room with seating for 30, a full kitchen and A/V technology for presentations and overhead projection.

ACACIA Housing Partners, L.P., awarded Northwest Hospitality Group the management contract for the property.
