. October 14, 2008

CHICAGO, IL, July 17, 2006. Orlando, Florida-based Baggage Airline Guest Service (BAGS), Inc., the largest provider of off-airport passenger check-in services in the world, will offer it's innovative check-in service to nearly 5,300 attendees during the National Business Travel Association's (NBTA) 2006 International Convention & Exposition. The service is available to attendees at the Hilton Chicago, The Hyatt Regency Chicago and at McCormick Place.

NBTA is sponsoring the service for this year's conference making the airport check-in free of charge for all convention attendees. The Association represents more than 2,700 corporate and government travel managers and travel service providers, who collectively manage and direct more than $170 billion of expenditures within the business travel industry.

"As we continue to grow our worldwide presence, it is important for us to partner with trade associations such as NBTA to educate the traveling public. We greatly appreciate the opportunity to service such an important group of travel industry executives," said Craig Mateer, President of BAGS, Inc. "The National Business Travel Association is a world class organization and we are excited to showcase our service during this year's convention."

Convention-goers will only need to present their convention credentials to use the service located in the hotel lobbies and at McCormick Place. Highly credentialed BAGS agents then secure and transport the baggage to the airport, where it undergoes the same TSA-screening process as baggage checked by passengers at airline ticket counters. Participating airlines include American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Continental Airlines, Northwest Airlines, and United Airlines including TED.

"By offering this cutting edge amenity, we have given our convention attendees more time to participate in educational sessions and network while in Chicago" said Suzanne Fletcher, NBTA President & CEO. "Convention-goers can check their bag and receive a boarding pass at their hotel or at the convention center and not worry about rushing off to the airport."

BAGS is the only comprehensive skycap system available for non-airport facilities that can directly access multiple airline reservations systems from a single workstation and check baggage. Using state of the art technology developed by ARINC, BAGS staff can check baggage and issue guests a boarding pass on the spot. Currently, BAGS has 12 airline partners and is available to travelers at hotels, convention centers and on cruise ships at numerous locations across the country.

Guests can take advantage of the service on July 18 and 19th at the Hyatt and McCormick Place and the on July 18th-20th at the Chicago Hilton. All services will be offered from 6 a.m. until 12 noon. Baggage can be checked on the day of departure up to three hours prior to the flight time.
