HSMAI Develops Hospitality Web Metrics
JULY 19, 2006. iPerceptions partnering with The Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI) to develop web site customer satisfaction and experience metrics for the hospitality sector.
"We are partnering with HSMAI to provide the industry with unique quarterly web metrics reports that will include experience and satisfaction benchmarks for the growing online marketplace in the hospitality industry," said Duff Anderson, Vice President Research & Development.
"The initial report, to be released in September, will include aggregated travel and hospitality industry data based on feedback from actual web site visitors in the context of their actual web site visits," added Mr. Anderson.
iPerceptions and HSMAI plan to publish four quarterly web site visitor satisfaction and experience reports as well as four related feature articles providing HSMAI members and the general business community with valuable insights, benchmarks and trends in visitor satisfaction and experience at hospitality related web sites.
HSMAI is planning a detailed review of the first report on customer satisfaction/experience metrics during a session at the next Internet Marketing Strategy Conference on Wednesday, December 6, 2006 in Sunny Isles, Florida, and will include highlights of the report findings in the HSMAI Marketing Review Magazine and the eConnect member information portal.
