Cendant Hotel Group Announces SVP, HR
TORONTO, Canada, July 25, 2006. Cendant Hotel Group today announced the appointment of Greg Hill as senior vice president of human resources.
Hill, who reports to Steven A. Rudnitsky, Hotel Group chairman and chief executive officer and serves on the Hotel Group's Senior Leadership Team, oversees nearly 5,000 employees worldwide. He will focus on organizational and individual employee strategies, training and organizational learning, talent assessment and planning, performance and change management, recruitment and selection, employee relations and compensation.
Prior to joining Cendant, Hill worked for Starwood Hotel and Resorts Worldwide, White Plains, N.Y., in a variety of human resources capacities, most recently as vice president of human resources and labor relations for North America. Prior to Starwood, he worked for Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Chicago, where he held human resources positions in Virginia, Washington, Maryland, New York, Louisiana and Pennsylvania.
Hill earned his bachelor's degree in hotel management and human resources from Niagara University in New York.
