Choice Signs Cambria Suites Contract For Atlanta Airport

JANUARY 4, 2007. CQ Capital Partners to Build Hotel at Hartsfield/Jackson International Airport Developer interest in the new upscale Cambria Suites brand shows continued growth as worldwide hotel franchisor Choice Hotels International, Inc. (NYSE: CHH) signs a new contract for a property at Atlanta's Hartsfield/Jackson International Airport, which had the world's largest number of passengers last year.

Construction on the new all-suites upscale hotel will be led by Georgia-based developers CQ Capital Partners, beginning mid-2007 on Best Road, next to the Atlanta Hartsfield/Jackson International Airport.

The 140-room hotel will be situated less than 1/4 of a mile from the airport as well as from the Georgia International Convention Center and downtown College Park. With rooms that are 25 percent larger than industry average, Cambria Suites offers customers a fresh, sophisticated and contemporary design rarely found in the lodging industry, including flat-panel TVs, upscale bedding and bathroom, stereo and CD player, refrigerator and microwave.
