JANUARY 4, 2007. Homestead and Barton Creek Resort & Spa Join KSL Resorts' Management Portfolio KSL Resorts, owner and operator of some of the most iconic resorts in the U.S., today announced the addition of the historic resort The Homestead in Hot Springs, VA and renowned Barton Creek Resort & Spa in Austin, TX to its management portfolio. KSL Resorts was awarded the management contracts for the two resorts by ClubCorp, Inc., following the acquisition of ClubCorp by KSL Capital Partners on December 26, 2006.
The Homestead and Barton Creek Resort & Spa bring to six the number of properties in KSL Resorts' fast-growing management portfolio which also includes: La Costa Resort and Spa in Carlsbad, CA, Hotel del Coronado in San Diego, Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa in Rancho Mirage, CA and Vail Mountain Lodge & Spa in Vail, CO.
