Erica Held Named Senior Sales Manager of Omni Bedford Springs
Bedford Springs, PA, December 7, 2009 - The Omni Bedford Springs Resort & Spa is pleased to announce the appointment of Erica Held as Senior Sales Manager. Held will oversee convention group sales for New Jersey, New York, as well as the Eastern half of Pennsylvania with a focus on the Harrisburg and Philadelphia markets.

Bringing a depth of hospitality to her new position, Held joined the Omni Bedford Springs Resort & Spa from the Westin Hotel in Pittsburgh, where she spent the past three years as a Sales Manager for the Association, Government and Sports markets. Held also had a similar role at the Hyatt Regency Pittsburgh.
A native of Pittsburgh, Held graduated from West Virginia University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism.
