Denton Hospitality Appointed Receiver for Shore Stay Suites in Cape Charles, VA
December 29, 2009 - On November 25, 2009, the recently formed hotel management and consulting company Denton Hospitality was appointed Receiver for the financially challenged Shore Stay Suites hotel on Virginia's Eastern Shore (26406 Lankford Hwy, Cape Charles, Virginia). Denton Hospitality will manage the hotel property through the foreclosure transition and will continue its management on behalf of the lender until a viable buyer is identified.
